Eventually, I then wanted to sell that old house but was really inexperienced and wanted to find a realtor who would make the whole process easier. Luckily my neighbor knew a great realtor, Sekhar. Sekhar is an awesome realtor. He started off by visiting, thoroughly assessing, and even recommended improvements that I wouldn’t have even thought of for my old home. He was honest, upfront, and gave the best feedback. He was also able to find us a buyer with a very convenient price range! Sekhar is extremely knowledgeable in networking and finding buyers locally. He was extremely experienced in communicating with the buyers and was always available to answer any of our questions. Unfortunately, two of our buyers backed out from the contract.
