Bina Shah is an exceptional agent who stands for her clients and helps them get the best deal. With her help, we were able to purchase a single family house with sole ownership/fee simple and no HOA. She is a very knowledgeable, persuasive, responsive and caring person. Although she has never pushed us to make any decision, her suggestions have always been so convincing that we followed her advice at every step. She has gone above and beyond her normal responsibility to make the process goes smoothly and in favor of us. She has been way more effective than our attorney on negotiating the contingencies.
