I would very much to recommend SiliconValley4U to everykids and parents. My son first attend their class 2017 summer camp. Then he took 2 camps, one is Scratch, one is Minecraft. It is only 1 week's class for each. While my son learns almost all basic things about Scratch. He could read Scratch books and make games himself! Ofcourse, he is a fun of Minecraft! What an amazing thing that in 15-20hours, they could teach kids so much! What is more important is they arouse kids interests in Computer and coding! My son asks to take more coding class. So I registered him for coding campus at Sanramon. He took part in the coding class every Sat. morning for 1.5hours. He is learning Python! He is only 9! He is learning computer language,which I think might be the third most popular language in the world. Th future world might belong to those know computer language! Also their boss and teacher is so nice. I like their cateteria too. everytime, when kids are learning in the classroom, parents could just drink their coffee, have a nice quiet morning time in the soft sofa......

My son is now in his second week of learning Scratch and he _loves_ it. He's also learned a ton in a very short period of time, really likes his teacher, and -- bonus -- it gives his parents time to get work done as we shelter-in-place. We had a minor issue with getting my son in the right class but the camp's director was immediately responsive and helpful, fixing the issue right away.

Starting as a student at SV4U, I've now become one of their instructors, and it's been an amazing journey. This place is all about making coding fun and easy for kids. Wonderful class! SiliconValley4u is well paced with very focused teacher. My two daughters aged 12 and 13 joined scratch class about three months ago in Ethiopia. This class is their first-time experience with coding, and they already outgrow scratch and advanced to Python. We have been impressed with SiliconValley4U as they offer a somewhat unique way to teach latest technologies to kids and help them understand how to solve real world problems. At SiliconValley4U, kids get an opportunity to learn all aspects of software development cycle including identifying a problem that can we solved, working with mentor to discuss and brainstorm potential ways to solve it followed by a discussion on which technology or coding language would be most useful. My son joined the Silicon Valley 4 U coding camp over the Summer and enjoyed the program. He was impressed with the building and location within Bishop Ranch. When we arrived the teacher was very friendly, welcomed him, and helped me sign in. We were lucky to know one of the families who happened to join the same camp. The kids varied in age, yet all seemed interested in the coding and got along quite well. They were treated with respect and were noticeably excited to come to camp, especially those who enjoyed coding. The conference room was a great setting for the kids to sit around a table and collaborate, a skill that will come in handy later on. I appreciated that the camp was relaxed and fun, allowing the kids freedom to talk with each other and think for themselves. The environment was very hands-on, supportive, helpful and relaxed as apposed to lecture oriented, structured and tense. It was a treat to pick up a very happy kid after camp. Our 8 year old twin sons are taking an online coding class and have been loving it! The online instructor is patient and friendly and my kids look up to him. Online class is hard for this age but the instructor keeps it engaging and it’s set with a Minecraft setting to make it more fun and less like just coding. I have worked with SiliconValley4U for six months. When I first started, I already had a background in Python and SQL. Over the next few months, my mentor taught me JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. He then assigned a practice project to help me apply these skills and learn AngularJS and Ionic. Once I felt confident with these new languages, I teamed up with a partner on a mock project to develop a flashcard application. This hands-on experience gave me the exposure I needed to join a startup called Nexclap.ai. I’ve been working there since November, and it has been a wonderful experience.
