During this troubled covid times, he mobilized the crew to make the home ready for sale like replacing the carpet, landscaping, paint touchups, power wash and get the house cleaned - at a very reasonable price. He took care of everything and the only thing I did was write the check. Joe is market savvy and because of him the whole home selling process became cake walk for me. We got multiple offers on day one and I give all that credit to Joe. Based on my experience, I would recommend Joe to all future home buyers and sellers.
