Ryan was great. Beyond great. We originally had our home listed FSBO/through Homeshake and Ryan contacted me. He let me know that our home was listed for way too low and that we'd be losing out on money even though we were avoiding Realtor Fees, etc. He told us that he could get us much more money and in only 1 Day of him listing it. To be completely honest, I thought it was some sort of scam or gimmick. I was wrong. We gave Ryan an opportunity of a 5 Day Contract to sell our home... he did it the same day it was listed. Only one day and we accepted an offer of more than listing price. Ryan is very knowledgeable with the Real Estate business. Everything he said was true.
