Our 8 year old twin sons are taking an online coding class and have been loving it! The online instructor is patient and friendly and my kids look up to him. Online class is hard for this age but the instructor keeps it engaging and it's set with a Minecraft setting to make it more fun and less like just coding. Our 8th grade daughter has taken multiple courses with Silicon Valley 4U over the last couple of years and has enjoyed learning coding from them. SiliconValley4U has great computer programming lessons for kids. My son has been learning Python programming for the past three months. The instructors are very knowledgeable, and the program slowly builds on easy to advance skills. Shout out to Akhil. He is a great instructor and works exceptionally well with Kids! As a parent, I also appreciate the flexibility to attend make-up classes and schedule changes. I would highly recommend the program to others.

We have been impressed with SiliconValley4U as they offer a somewhat unique way to teach latest technologies to kids and help them understand how to solve real world problems. At SiliconValley4U, kids get an opportunity to learn all aspects of software development cycle including identifying a problem that can we solved, working with mentor to discuss and brainstorm potential ways to solve it followed by a discussion on which technology or coding language would be most useful. SiliconValley4U has more project based teaching approach and this makes learning technology more interesting to kids and my son is always proud and happy when he is able to solve a problem and he can relate to it. When we arrived the teacher was very friendly, welcomed him, and helped me sign in. We were lucky to know one of the families who happened to join the same camp. The kids varied in age, yet all seemed interested in the coding and got along quite well. They were treated with respect and were noticeably excited to come to camp, especially those who enjoyed coding. The conference room was a great setting for the kids to sit around a table and collaborate, a skill that will come in handy later on. I appreciated that the camp was relaxed and fun, allowing the kids freedom to talk with each other and think for themselves. The environment was very hands-on, supportive, helpful and relaxed as apposed to lecture oriented, structured and tense. It was a treat to pick up a very happy kid after camp. Two months ago, I joined this silicon valley 4u to learn python, ML, and artificial intelligence. So, I have good training in this course, the classes were suitable, and everything is mentioned clearly in their platform. The lectures are excellent. I signed up my three kids for Math Olympiad ranging from 2nds grader to 7th grader. Overall they learned a lot. The learned geometry concept that they didn't know before. My 5th grader had the most learning as she was exposed to many different levels of math and helped her to prepare for middle school. My 2nd grader was able to learn area concept which is above his grade level concept. One challenge I had was to place them into the right grade level math as sometimes they felt the material either at higher or lower level. This can be easily mitigated by discussing with the instructor and placing them in the appropriate level. I do recommend trying these classes.

My 8yrs old daughter enrolled in Math Olympiad with SiliconValley4u. Unlike other math classes giving lot of paper works these people are doing it in a different way to make the kids think on their own and having the quiz in every session.

I would very much to recommend SiliconValley4U to everykids and parents. My son first attend their class 2017 summer camp. Then he took 2 camps, one is Scratch, one is Minecraft. It is only 1 week's class for each. While my son learns almost all basic things about Scratch. He could read Scratch books and make games himself! Ofcourse, he is a fun of Minecraft! What an amazing thing that in 15-20hours, they could teach kids so much! What is more important is they arouse kids interests in Computer and coding! My son asks to take more coding class. So I registered him for coding campus at Sanramon. He took part in the coding class every Sat. morning for 1.5hours. He is learning Python! He is only 9! He is learning computer language,which I think might be the third most popular language in the world. Th future world might belong to those know computer language! Also their boss and teacher is so nice. I like their cateteria too. everytime, when kids are learning in the classroom, parents could just drink their coffee, have a nice quiet morning time in the soft sofa......
