Our first choice had a bad realtor on the sellers side and he fought tooth and nail to get that house but didn’t let us stress about it. Unfortunately we had to move on to another house which actually turned out to be much nicer then the previous one. It’s my first house so it was a bit of exploratory for me but he did very well and he was super punctual.

Mr. Chandrasekhar has great understanding of the market conditions, he is prompt in returning emails and calls, helped me with finding mortgage broker from where I got a good deal in the interest rate. Most of the paperwork was done online including signatures so the process was easy without any hassles. I would recommend Mr. Chandrasekhar to anyone and will choose him as my agent going forward.
