Thorough Honest & Humble Agent , who really cared about my need , and made buying a “stress free” experience. More importantly with his calm demeanor, he knew pitfalls of bidding wars, and navigated like my GPS , and in doing it he negotiated not only deal in a smooth fashion, but we really negotiated it down , and that too in prime area. I had the opportunity to work with Jeet to close my first primary home. Got his reference through a friend and glad I got to work with him. I started my first home search working with some other person who advertised a lot on radio and hoardings and never really felt connected. It was always like I am trying to forcefully get the information from them. But it changed completely with Jeet. He was always available and responsive. He was also very patient helping us see a lot of homes and provide details for each and every house I would find online or get through his customized filter. He gives his advice and detailed pros/cons list but always respect customers decisions if we wanted to proceed/not proceed with any home. He was also very very ready with any paper work that was needed and always keeps his communication upto date with all the parties involved be it mortgage office, escrow company, other agents or his team members for finishing the paperwork in record time.He has a very good network and can provide great reference for loans, improvements etc. He definitely made the whole process very easy for us. There is no one else I would rather work with! Jeet helped us, literally every step of the way. He helped us figure out our lender. He helped us write a strong offer that made sure we were in a competitive position. When our offer was finally accepted, his job wasn't done! He helped us find handyman, cleaning lady, etc. And we STILL CALL JEET for anything! He always prioritized our preferences and never pushed us on something that we weren’t fully comfortable with.
