I have no idea what the bad reviews are about and I was kind of skeptical because of them but they're doing a free threading promo this month so I went to try yesterday. This was my first time doing threading instead of waxing and the lady was super nice and it was super quick. It wasn't nearly as painful as I thought it'd be and she did a nice job. I'd definitely recommend
