The timing of both transactions was so important to proceed successfully and Binny ensured everything was in place on time and without gaps.He weighed in appropriately in all our decision making and open to our ideas on used home purchase options that normally is time consuming .He was extremely patient to take us through the PROS and CONS for houses we were really interested and view the houses as many times as we wished. And would let us decide in our own time. He was available to us during the times of urgency. He gives equal priority toall his customers. He is very calm and knowledge-full. Every time we used to meet him, we used to get a good comfort level and he also used to guide us on various aspects like home appraisal, repairs that might be needed and how much should we offer.
