On January 1st, 2016, we organized a Party to celebrate our parents' 60th Wedding Anniversary. For this occasion, we booked with Raj Photo Video to cover the Event. During the six-hour party on that day, both Raj and Sameer were extremely professional and patient. Both the Album and Blue-Ray DVDs came out to be EXCEPTIONALLY beautiful; in addition, each and every one of the end product came out to be First Class quality. I'm going to be honest...we planned our wedding January (2016) on a very tight budget. I wanted a photographer and videagrapher that wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg. That's when I came across Raj Photo Video. There's that saying that says you pay what you get for...well compared to other costs I wasn't expecting anything spectacular. Wedding day comes and goes they are there we do pictures they were around all night and they recorded everything. Flash forward a week or two we get our highlight reel from the wedding we were OBSESSED with it. We then got all our edited images and I loved them. The hard part was picking out pictures for the album...I did so about 10 months later (oops). I came home today from work to find my wedding album not at all expecting it and I absolutely am in love. It was not at all what I was expecting. It's perfect! Lesson learned...sometimes you find honest at home guys who don't charge you like other photographers for working out of their own homes! P.S. he did travel a distance for us also! I would 100% recommend them! They're work is awesome!!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Raj Photo Video for our wedding photography, and out of all the important choices we made during our entire wedding process, this was easily one of the best! From the start, they were very warm toward us, and they made it clear that they did not intend to only capture us from afar. Rather, they entered our lives as new friends, and the fun we had together naturally brought out our most photogenic moments. Like many photographers, they have an expert eye for all the elements that made a good picture: posing, lighting, backdrop, etc. But where they really stand out is their personality. They are charming, disarming, and every one of our family and friends loved them. Corralling dozens of people into group shots is not easy, but they were naturals at working with everyone. Finally, I’d just like to comment on how they repeatedly went above and beyond their obligations to make sure that we were happy. For example, when we realized after the wedding that we had forgotten to show them some of our home decorations, they took time out of their weekend to drive over and take those pictures. One of the best decisions we made was having the Rajfoto team perform our wedding photography and videography!!! The team was super responsive to go over our needs and vision, communication with Akash was a breeze, clear cut on our needs, and what services were offered. Thier enthusiasm made us feel excited as we went through the wedding planning process. Throughout the entire wedding day we truly felt so special and taken care of every single moment was recorded with an intent to capture the best of everything, we truly appreciated the direction, the attention to detail, and commitment! We felt so at ease. The day flew by so quickly and everything felt like a blur once it was over, we were so blown away by the quick turnaround of all of the photos and we got to enjoy so many moments without rush during and after our honeymoon along with our loved ones. The videography was also curated beautifully, we are so happy we can share this for many years to come. Last but not least receiving the photo album… ABSOLUTELY gorgeous, timeless, and all of the photos were organized so thoughtfully and creatively with a mixture of black and whites and very clear photos as if you were there in person. We knew they did great things but we did not expected to be blown away by every aspect from the service to the amazing delivery. We also did not deal with any unfortunate surprise add-ones or hidden charges like we’ve heard from many stories from friends bookings at other weddings, they are very honest and very passionate about their work. I hired Akash for my Indian wedding in August 2022. He provided photo services for our pre-wedding events and photo/video for our wedding day & reception. From the first inquiry phone call, all the way to receiving our final products, Akash has been great to work with. When I requested a few changes on my wedding highlight video, there was no issue on his end. He strives to make his clients happy and we absolutely love how all of the photos turned out! Part of our package was also a pre-wedding photoshoot where we got to meet Akash & shoot with him several months prior to the wedding. Not only did the photos turn out great but we got to be more comfortable with him and his style. My husband and I had the best experience with Sameer and his entire team. From our engagement photo shoot till we got our wedding day...Sameer was always there for us with any question we had during the wedding. Sameer always took the time and initiative to explain the process which made all our events much smoother. On our wedding day we met Ajay and Nick, who are the cinematographer and they were equally nice and very easy to work with. Last but not the least Raj uncle, the videographer, he was amazing! My husband and I chose Raj Photo/Video for our Nikkah ceremony and wedding reception in September of 2021. My family has many events, and this was the first time that I felt complete security that the team I hired would take note of all our requests, however big or small, and have a true interest in capturing our most special moments. Sameer, Ajay, and Nick made themselves available to discuss with me the timeline of each day, went over poses/photos that we wanted to shoot. The communication was seamless, and I honestly could not have been happier to just focus on getting married and having fun. This was all reflected in the final product. A true thing of magic! Our family adores our photos and especially our wedding highlight/video. The emotions and love captured hits right every single time we watch it! It was important to us that we had a team that understood our culture and religion as well -- without going into too much detail, they knew exactly what moments needed to be captured at all the perfect angles. We never worried that they were based in NJ, and we were having our wedding out in Suffolk County at my home. They came early and did not miss a beat. I truly forgot they were located out of state. Do not worry, they will dedicate their time and give you 150%. Not only that, but Sameer was the best bridesmaid! He was always there to help me carry and set my train. Ajay and Nick also made sure my husband and I were having a good time. My only regret was not booking them for every single one of my events. We gained lifelong friends here with these guys!

I contacted the company in February 2022 for a wedding in Upstate, NY in September 2022. Akash and I went back and forth to create a customized wedding package with everything I was looking for. He was very transparent with pricing and what was included or wasn't included in the package. The cost for travel from NYC to our venue was also reasonable. The package included professionally edited photos shared via google drive, an online photo gallery, film, and wedding album, and more. I also requested no show on social media and full length film for the wedding ceremony and reception. Akash and the videographer were very easy to work with on the day of the wedding and are very nice people! The pictures came out bautiful and we received all the shots we wanted! I am glad I went with a company who knows how to photograph Indian weddings. We also received an amazing highlight video! We were able to choose a custom album design and decide which photos we wanted to include. The album was delivered in perfect condition and was really great, amazing quality, and more than I would have imagined! I love that it came keepsake box that holds the album and a carrying case. We received a sneak peek of the photos about 2 weeks after the wedding, all photos by 2 months after, videos by 4 months and the album by 6 months. I would highly reccomend this company's services to anyone! Thank you so much for everything!

Where do i begin... I got engaged back in 2014 and immediately began looking for a photographer/videographer for my wedding. I knew this was going to be the most difficult task because I was working with a budget, but did not want to sacrifice on quality. After talking to many of my friends who got married and searching the internet day and night, I came across Raj photo video. From the very first time I reached out to Sameer, him and his family were nothing short of professional, knowledgeable and kind! Sameer had many different packages to offer me so I could stay on budget and still get everything that I wanted. My husband and I knew we were in good hands, so we were happy to book Raj photo video in early 2015. Sameer kept in contact with Joey and I through our very long (3 year) engagement and was always only a text message away if we had any questions. The week before my wedding, when absolutely everything that could go wrong did, Sameer was my voice of reason! He called me and said to enjoy the ride, even the bumps, because before I blink it will all be over. And boy was he right! The day of my wedding, May 6, 2017, Sameer and his family were prompt and got to work right away making sure they got pictures/video of everything. We hired Raj Photo Video for their cinematography services. We had the pleasure of working with Ajay & Nick for our wedding events. Planning a wedding to begin with was very overwhelming with having to pick the Dj, venue, florist, and photographer but Sameer made the whole process easy. he was very professional and very attentive to our needs. Sameer, Nick and his team photographed and filmed our wedding a few months ago and did a fantastic job! They work with you and really listen to what you want to do. For example, we didn't want to spend much time taking posed photographs, and rather opted to get as much candid footage as possible and spend more time interacting with our guests and enjoying our wedding, and they never made us feel like we were making a bad choice or that this was an inconvenience to them somehow, which was not at all the case with other photographers we had contacted before going with Raj Photo Video. They also really worked to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, helped us relax and even managed all the crazy family photo requests like pros.
