Mahender’ s primary focus is to get his client their Dream Home within their Price range, School District and Location / Neighborhood. We highly recommend him. I can’t think of anybody except Mahender If anybody ask me for an Agent or If I buy another home. Mahender got me house for $40k less than market value with his excellent skills. He is NOT a kind of an Agent who works for an Agent commission and try to put an offer with high price in hurry and make client buy home in few days. Here is our journey with Mahender. My wife and I decided to buy home in the middle of a meteoric and insanely difficult housing market for buyers (bought in July 2017). We worked with Mahender to purchase our first home and we really got impressed by his assistance during the course of home purchase (i.e. starting from first when we contacted him to all the way till we bought and moved in to the new home). He was able to get us the house for a Listing Price, I have not heard so far by anybody in Northshore School District buying an excellent house at List Price. There are plenty of good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). He spent good amount of time with us to educate us about housing market, such as which month is right time and what offer can get us house, based on house should we put an offer less than list price or more than list price, etc. He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly and in every step he suggested best economic way to complete it. He has suggested few Mortgage companies and also explained the process of getting lower interest rate. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Mahender made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Mahender gave us an excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. As a first-time home buyer, we knew very little about buying a house and process appeared to be overwhelming. Mahender guided us thru each and every step and it felt like a breeze. Mahender has been really cooperative, prompt and patient in helping us find our first house. He helped us getting a good house deal. Since we were looking for the house for the first time we had no idea of this field. He helped us understand various processes and educated us on real estate domain. He was never biased for any house (even the one he was selling as the agent) and never pushed us to buy any house. He honestly told us the pros and cons of each house, which helped us filter out based on our requirements. We took around 6 months to finalize the house and he was very patient and accommodating even when we asked him to help us check house in late hours (around 7-8pm). Buying a house during the pandemic was a nothing short of a tough time, but having Mahender as our agent definitely made the experience a smooth ride. Since we were completely new to the house buying space, he guided us through every step including location, type of home and even various costs of upgrading an old home vs buying a new home. I was looking for my first home for quite some time and it is always extremely difficult to find the right property in such a hot market. But Mahendra is very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and always gave us the right advice mentioning all the pros and cons of the property. He always did a very detailed analysis before proposing anything to us. In fact, in a property which I bought there was no inspection report available so he visited the property and did the detailed inspection based on his knowledge and provided us the detailed feedback. Neetu was fantastic! Of the top two options on our list she walked us through pros and cons of each property. She helped us navigate through one of the most important and expensive decision of our life. She helped us put a clean offer and was able to stay on top of communications from the moment we expressed interest in our home. She was in constant touch with the listing agent which is a big reason why we got our home.
