Rated 5.0 Noticed water standing under our 19-year-old water heater. Had used The Master’s Plumbing with great results in the past, so called them for an estimate to replace. They were quick to respond, provided thorough explanation of options, and provided a detailed estimate. I authorized the work and they showed up right on time the next day, completing the work within the estimated timeframe. After installation, we thought there was a problem with carbon monoxide. It turned out to have NOTHING to do with the water heater installation, but the installer still came back (late on New Year’s Eve) to double-check everything and make sure there were no problems. He even called the next day to make sure everything was still okay. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their service!
