Our experience as first time buyers with Vipul was by far the best we'd ever expect. From day one Vipul was on top of everything he made us feel like we were on top of his list. What made him stand out even more was the fact that he is very tech savy, i have an office job so i email and use apps alot, that wasn't any problem whenever i sent a text or email a reply was sent so quick. I met Vipul when I was looking on zillow for a house to buy for my mother. I tried contacting several realtors, but he was the only one who responded right away. There are many things I liked about my experience with Vipul. First off, whenever there were listings that we wanted to see, we contacted him and he would go out of his way to pick up and drop my mom off at her place. We did this several times and saw many houses, but he was always nice and never lost patience with us. He is not only a great realtor, but also a nice and patient man. When we found our dream home we saw the new listing on zillow, but it was early in the morning. We tried contacting him even though we didn't expect him to answer his text messages that early in the morning. To our surprise, he answered right away! We were the first ones to make an offer on the house and my mom was able to get it. She was so happy! We are grateful to Vipul for the wonderful service he gave to us. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house to buy or sell. I had the opportunity to work with Jeet to close my first primary home. Got his reference through a friend and glad I got to work with him. I started my first home search working with some other person who advertised a lot on radio and hoardings and never really felt connected. It was always like I am trying to forcefully get the information from them. But it changed completely with Jeet. He was always available and responsive. He was also very patient helping us see a lot of homes and provide details for each and every house I would find online or get through his customized filter. He gives his advice and detailed pros/cons list but always respect customers decisions if we wanted to proceed/not proceed with any home. There is no one else I would rather work with! Jeet helped us, literally every step of the way. He helped us figure out our lender. He helped us write a strong offer that made sure we were in a competitive position. When our offer was finally accepted, his job wasn't done!
