The most striking thing that we observed about Vikram was that he is a gentleman. Very soft spoken & non aggressive. Vikram, saved us from investing in a money pit(home) by warning us about the pitfalls associated with it. We were in a very tough & hopeless situation and he was very gracious about the financial aspect of it and helped us find our home. Also, he helped sell our home. He had jmthe ability to reach contractors to assist in getting the house turn-key ready. Furthermore, when it was time to receive applications he made the process so simple. Finally placing the house the market, Vikram was transparent and kept is up to date with the market trends and the buyers. He is flexible. Vikram helped me selling and buying the houses. Overall he is passionate and got great negotiation skills. He charges very reasonable agent commission fee and i personally able to save thousands of dollars simply opting him as agent. He was able to close my house in 21 days with very thorough followup with Escrow and lender. He also very ethical and makes factual statements and don't play any tricks to sell/buy homes.
