I filed my family's OCI cards via A1 and had an excellent experience. I filed my son's OCI few years back and I was frustrated with the process. And even after serving the application, Vfs said j missed fee things. This time with A1 I didn't have to worry about anything and got our OCI in 4 weeks. Highly recommend them. 5 star service.

A1 Passport & Visa Services are exceptional and leaders in Visa services- they are very detailed and proactively list the documents required for filing and successful visa issuance- first time correct The A1 team and leadership are very experienced and review case by case and request supporting documentation for filing. The team is super prompt, once an RFI pops up from VFS or US consulate, A1 team prepares the response within 24 hrs. A1 team has processed all our 4 applications ( family of 4) and we have received our OCI within 4 weeks or less. I had an amazing experience with Revi and his passport renewal service! I filled out the information form and he got back to me within an hour—super fast and professional. I reached out to him late Friday night explaining that I needed to renew my passport urgently for a cruise I was leaving for on Thursday. Without hesitation, he told me to come in the next morning (Saturday), and assured me it would be ready by Tuesday. Honestly, the price made my jaw drop at first—but missing my vacation wasn’t an option, and Revi made sure I didn’t have to. He’s a really nice guy, very straightforward, and most importantly, he gets the job DONE. If you’re in a tight situation and need your passport fast, this is the guy to go to. Highly recommend!

I NEVER do reviews….but Ravi and his team deserve ALL the recognition for making what seemed at first impossible, possible. I discovered late this past Saturday night that my passport was expired for my Tuesday flight, tonight. I frantically called around to find an expedited service. I spoke to several services whose prices really seemed to prey on people’s desperation. Ravi called me back early that Sunday and with his calming demeanor, reassured me that he would be able to assist me with obtaining my passport for my Tuesday flight. He made above and beyond accommodations to meet my needs- even worked while he was sick to do this for me. It’s now Tuesday and guess what- I am currently sitting here waiting for my flight, in amazement, that I am still going on my trip, and truly, it is ALL thanks to Ravi. His price was fair for the service provided and more importantly, he treated me with kindness and eased my anxiety after I made such a careless, big mistake by allowing my passport to lapse.
