I have conducted 5 real estate transactions with Amit in the last 7 years - 4 purchase and 1 sale. He is my go-to guy not just for transactions, but also to understand the real estate and rental market in the Dallas area. I have a few investment properties and continue to work with him because of the value and responsiveness I get from him. He is always open to helping out with real-estate questions and expertise even when it does not result in business for him. He also has a lot of good contacts - mortgage brokers, etc.- I have used several of them. You cannot go wrong in choosing him as your realtor.
