I stumbled relatively blindly into the process of house hunting for my first home to purchase after being a near-lifelong renter. My mortgage company referred me out to Ashwin as a fellow veteran. He was amazing through the whole process, he was always proactive about getting me any information he thought I may want or need before I even thought to ask or even had any clue to ask about and he answered any questions I did have. He listened to my list of must haves, needs, and wants, though he made it clear that if I changed my mind at any point, that was perfectly ok and we could start over. Thankfully I didn't changed my mind and we did not have to start over. The properties Ashwin showed me were all very different but helped me know what was out there in my price range and fulfilling my requirements and most of my wants. Ashwin didn't show my any properties that did not fulfill all of my requirements and needs and at least some of my wants. I actually fell in love with the second property we looked at, and I'm pretty sure Ashwin knew but he gamely went on and set up viewings for other properties because I wanted to be sure. He was strongly supportive of getting my family's input and taking my time to make my decision. Even after closing on the property he was helpful about questions and information I asked about as a new homeowner. I strongly recommend Ashwin, especially as a veteran.
