When I met sunny for the first time he assured me to help me sell my house after the passing of my husband, I dint know how to start he helped me through the very first step and till the day of closing he was with me like a friend and took time to explain me all the contracts in detail without any second thought….sunny is a very good and responsible relator but also very generous and genuine person…he knows what he is doing..he is the best.

Sunny and I have known each other in another field of work for several years. I’ve known of his work ethic and professionalism to help others. It wasn’t until I started looking for a house and had questions pertaining to what I should look for in a home. He quickly responded with answers to my questions. I met Sunny in an open house and during our first conversation he explained in detail the advantage of having a bedroom down ( Elders ) Gas for cooking delicious recipes, Homestead, etc., Sunny started showing homes during early Feb 25. The moment he drives into the neighborhood, he can figure it out as Go or No Go and can easily estimate the intrinsic value of the home, such skills are very rare to find. Anyways, long story short, Sunny helped negotiate and close the property by June 25. Sunny has the right Attitude combined with excellent negotiating skills which is vital to any Real Estate Agent. Sheela helped us buy our new house in Leander. Since we were in California, we needed a realtor whom we could trust and understood what we were looking for. We were buying our first home in Austin. Having moved from a different city , competitive market and bidding war made the whole home buying experience overwhelming. Then we were introduced to Sheela by our previous realtor by saying Sheela is better realtor than I am ( I have never heard realtor say that before !!) and knows what she is doing. He was so right about what he said . Sheela is very knowledgeable in real estate arena , attentive , composed and professional. She was able to gauge our taste , requirements and likings in our first meet itself . She and her team would work around the clock and were always there to address our needs. Surbhi was the best agent I could ask for. I was a first time home buyer and I did not have much knowledge about the home buying process.
