Good at reading you, and can write an introduction letter for your offer, which is spot on! :)

Kamal is absolutely outstanding at what he does. My brother and I were looking for some houses and using his sources he was able to show us the right direction. A lot of agents are very pushy but we felt very comfortable talking with Kamal and he was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend any friends and family to Mr. Chohan. If you are looking for a home, kamal is your guy. He will put time in for you no matter what. He works non-stop with you to help you find the home that you would want. He wont tell you what you may want but he will definitely help you identify what you will eventually expect in a home. Patience he has for his clientele is exceptional and his cummunication skills provide for an excellent home buying experience.

He truly is passionate about his work and goes to the end of the earth to help his clients get their homes sold. When we met with him he gave us an extensive game plan on how we can get our home listed for top dollar. Upon meeting him I knew he was the agent for us. He stood out from the other agents we interviewed. He also is a caring person and very down to earth which we really appreciated and liked. Once our home hit the market our home became a hot home and quickly had several offers over asking come in. We have since closed and can't say enough how satisfied we are with him! I work from 8-5pm and always allow maintenance to enter, best way to go to not have to wait or take a day off. They inform me the day before via phone/email in case I do not answer their call.
