Only Grocery Store which has large variety of products and brands. And rates nobody can beat them.
Nice store with many Indian grocery items. You will find many snacks, sweets and other readymade food items. Also store vegetables and milk products. Only thing lacking is South Indian stuff like Idli or vada mix. Overall good for Indian grocery shopping.
Decent Indian place with a good variety of items from all over India.
Owner was very friendly and very very helpful from explaining food items and spices to me to calling my phone so I can find it lol Its a nice little grocery store. I felt very welcomed and the food I bought from there was awesome...My new little Indian market to shop at.
Nice place for authentic Indian grocery. Very helpful staff too. Comes with good sale time to time. Little bit thickly packed inside.
This is one of the best Indian Grocery Stores In Michigan. Lot of offers, will get many varieties of Indian food and lot.
We could get all the asian stuff especially associated with the Indian subcontinent. Things are of good quality and the people are great. Will visit again.
They have a ton of stuff in that store! The lady who checked me out was nice. But if you are a person of a different culture, they're not really all that welcoming.
My original reason for deciding to visit an East Indian store was to see if they would have a different selection of beans than Kroger. Maybe I got influenced by trying some odd recipes containing chickpeas and kidney beans made by my south-asian co-workers. I am not really a vegetarian. Although I have been trying to be health conscious and cut back on my meat consumption. My parents didn't give me beans growing up. Anyway Pande Grocery has beans galore, all in 2 and 4 pound bags. Last time I came here I bought myself a 2-3 month supply. Also I bought some unusual flours to add to homemade bread - sorghum, buckwheat, amaranth, barley flours... Once I visited Patel's on Rochester road in troy. The 2 stores probably have almost the same selections except that Pande has a much smaller produce section. But I would rather shop here because the lines here were much smaller than Patel's.
I wish I could read more of the labels on the food items. I would try to cook more Indian cuisine at home. I generally just go here to get my Ayurvedic hair supplies and they have a good selection of nice quality products! I am so glad I moved back home. Having so many culturally diverse communities I can weave through is something I've missed for quite some time.
All the employees of store are very friendly and welcoming. The owner Rajubhai is also very nice. Whenever you tell him about any Indian products which is not there in the store, he takes the detail and order it.
Was in the area for a few days so stopped by for some groceries. The Staff is welcoming & helpful. Found the Store clean with every item over stocked. Its a decent size store for Indian groceries & found everything I was looking for under one roof. In fact, some of the items I found which I cant even find at Boston stores. Must try their own brand Pande Kesar Raas (Mango Puree). It doesnt have added sugar & tastes almost natural. I'd go back when in the area.
Called into store before going , person who answered was helpful. While in store felt like fish out of water , but everyone was friendly. Came in to buy Henna, got what I needed smoothly. Decent experience and I would return. Store offered variety food and imported personal goods for the home.
Definitely highly recommended for Indian and Pakistani grocers. They keep the vegetables always fresh and the good part is if you're looking for something specific if you discuss with them there's a possibility that they can try to find it for you. The team is very friendly and helpful. **Support small business**
The owner is the best. He is the kindest. The staffs are amazing. The prices are always reasonable much lesser than any other Indian grocery stores. Vegetables are always fresh. Even if I stay a bit away I will would visit Pande rather than going to a different store.
Good place for buying Indian groceries.they have a variety of vegetables .Especially during diwali, they used to put good deals on products. They have wide range of items.
Good service and they have expanded their store than before it’s more variety of products and arranged
Well stocked and well maintained place. Very helpful associates at the shop. Fresh produce is also available in good quality and varieties ??
Overloaded with supplies. Not much space for customers.
Store with lots of merchandise but too crowded with racks everywhere. No room to move.
Poor customer service, very disorganized. Too narrow, hard to find stuff.
They don't have many things that I expect to c at an Indian store
Indian Pakistani store. Lots of variety of Snacks, vegetables, Grains and more
Good thing is that this is less crowded. But do check the expiration dates on all the stuff.
Few items are good. Very poor selection on green vegetables.
Bought food yesterday and ended up getting a package of biscuits that expired on July 14th, 2015. I hope this isn't going to be one of those stores that sells expired food...
Good collection of items but sometimes veggies brought here is not fresh.
Decent stock of Indian grocery. Price reasonable. Watch out for expiry dates of eatables
You will find almost everything that you need at Indian household. But they hesitate to return item if it turns out bad or spoiled
It's an ok Indian grocery store. A wide variety of grocery items are available here. We liked the samosas from there. They could have organized the store better
The quality has gone done since this new owner and the shelves are more bare and when you try to talk to the guy who seems to be in charge he dont care. I will say the employees are always helpful and I asked questions about the Ghee and the worker explained to me was very nice.
Decent Indian grocery store. You can find pretty much everything ??
I like to stop in for samosas and I'm sad when they have run out. I mostly buy jars of prepared sauces and dried chick peas or other legumes. The staff could be more pleasant and offer suggestions. This place is typical, not particularly attractive. Frankly, I prefer Subzi Mandi on Maple Rd, but this place is closer.
How I wish the lady answering me where can I find Kapoor be a little polite(not more) Enough to say a formal Sorry for something that they do not have in their store which a customer is looking for. A stern answer from a store associate for a genuine query, is NOT something I appreciate. 3 star because they have fresher vegetables and often more variety.
Authentic Indian spice store, smells terrible inside and rather dirty looking. On plus side pretty good selection of hard to find spices.
Definitely can't beat Patel brothers in terms of sheer variety of items available for purchase, but if you aren't in the mood to drive to the Patel brothers closest to you and just want to make some standard desi purchases this shop just fits the bill!
The quality has gone done since this new owner and the shelves are more bare and when you try to talk to the guy who seems to be in charge he dont care. I will say the employees are always helpful and I asked questions about the Items and the worker explained to me was very nice. Will not find more things that we are looking for
Good store, helpful staff, minimum $10 has to be billed for Credit card payment, all basic items available but the cost seems to be a little bit high compared to other stores(Desi curd), also the Indian snack items are not much available here.
